Exchange and Returns Policy

At Taiobba Vibes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange or return a product, we are here to help.

Exchange Period

You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return, as established by the Consumer Defense Code.

Conditions for Exchange

• The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use
• Intact original packaging
• Labels and seals preserved
• Sales receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request an Exchange

Contact us via email or WhatsApp providing:

• Order number
• Reason for exchange
• Photos of the product (if applicable)

Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be exchanged after being opened or used.

Refund

The refund will be processed within 7 business days after the approval of the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping

Shipping costs for returns due to withdrawal are the customer's responsibility. In case of defect or shipping error, shipping costs are on us.
